There are dinner dishes in the sink.
Clean clothes in the dryer.
A flashing cursor mocking me from a blank Word page.
And it's almost August, which gives me a pit in my stomach.
And yet...
UsWeekly's homepage is open on my computer.
I've watched approximately 20+ hours of Baby Gizmo review vlogs for strollers.
I've added many items to multiple online shopping carts with absolutely zero intention of buying.
I Googled "Milk Glass Bead Necklace."
I'm mainlining Pinterest and will probably need an intervention soon.
Is it just me? How do you guys procrastinate? Or will your comments be a bad influence?

Oh, the usual. Email all my writing friends. And of course they reply pretty quickly and the next thing we know, none of us are doing any productive writing. ;)
My entire summer has been one long session at Procrastination Camp. I've done everything except write for a month now...
Summer is touch, especially with kids. Get out an enjoy the sunshine while it lasts. The computer will still be there when you get back ;-)
What IS Pinterest? I've heard a lot about it...
In other news: I DON'T WANNA WORK!
I have taken all the keys off my keyboard, one at a time, and cleaned underneath with qtips. Because, what? This will help me type faster?
How do I procrastinate? Well, I'm about to google "Milk Glass Bead Necklace." ;)
Twitter and useless research (what? watching Teen Wolf counts as research) are what take up most of my I-should-be-writing time.
If I could be paid for being a procrastinator, I'd be employee of the month.
Yesterday, I sat down to write, but I ended up spending my entire night watching random things on youtube and reading cast interviews for various summer movies. Then next thing I know, it's time for bed. :P
I procrastinate with video games and books. :) And movies, occasionally. :) It's definitely not just you!
One word: Netflix. :P
Currently, I am watching all the episodes of Ugly Betty again on instant quene. And that load of laundry is still sitting in the dryer here. :)
