Tell The Truth Tuesday

1. Laura has talked the entire Roecker clan into doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred.

2. This brings back memories of doing Tae Bo with my mom and dad in our basement.

3. She had me at Shred.

4. I spent all night researching recipes for our diet plan.

5. And then I ate an entire bag of salt and vinegar chips.

6. This is not going to end well.

Funny, I just started the Shred myself. I think it might be working (but it's getting harder and harder to get out of bed in the morning). I'm not sure if I love or hate Jillian Michaels yet.

Good luck!
I walk once a week with my friend and she is super fast and we walk/run for usually 90 minutes at a time. Then afterwards I drive through McD's for a Coke and fries! Almost every time! :)

Hubby and I are going to do Insanity once I'm allowed to start exercising. I don't mind the exercise part. It's the dieting that's killer!

Hey L&L I just am stopping by to say I love your LIAR SOCIETY - Kate rocks my non-pink hair off - and I was wondering when we'd get to see the next cover for the LIES THAT BIND? Also who comes up with those awesome titles? They rock!! I remember when it used to be Haunting of Pemberly :-) Kinda miss that title, but I love how your 2 titles work off of each other.

Make sure you stretch good. I wrecked my ankles over 11 day of the Shred, then couldn't finish. : /

SHOCK ALERT...I've done this...twice. Maybe even three times. I know, Laura, you're beside yourself.

My two cents...it's amazing, but you DEFINITELY need to do it with a friend because you will look RIDICULOUS doing these moves alone at your gym. People will stare. And you will be embarrassed and never want to return. But if you have support, you can all look ridiculous together. If you're doing the videos in the privacy of your own home that is probably wise. Good luck!

Don't call this a comeback

So it’s been a minute. Or 10. Or truthfully more like 2,102,400. At least we think that’s how many minutes there are in 3 years, but let...
