The D-Bag-O-Meter: Vloggy Style

P.S. Be sure to check back with us on Thursday when we have fabulous marketing guru Daisy Whitney here to talk to us about the art of vlogging. Anyone want to take bets on how many rules we broke? Spoiler alert: We broke a LOT.

P.P.S. Does our Vlog seem sort of familiar somehow? Like maybe you've seen this whole schtick before? Well, that's because you probably have.

Love it. Marketing geniuses I tell you.

PS - I also heard that Charlie Sheen held the knife to the wife's neck. Granted, I am blonde too, but we just can't make this stuff up.

Holding in my laughter because my husband is still asleep next to me--I KNEW I shouldn't have watched this when I couldn't laugh out loud! (On the bright side, holding in laughter feels like an EXCELLENT ab workout)

Excellent vlog guys--cannot wait for the next. :)

I love the little green boxes with commentary, how funny. Both of them are d-bags to the highest degree.

Twatted....love it.

Aahahahah! Awesome LOVE it! Please keep vlogging, you two are tooooooooo cute!

What I'm wondering is how y'all don't mind using "twatted" as the past tense of tweet, but won't just go ahead and say the d-word. Aw, man! Now I'm doing it too. Why? Is your sweetness and coyness rubbing off on me? WTF??!?!!??//>?

Oh, fine. Y'all two are funny together, though.

So, uh, who wrote the script for that one? ;)

LOVE IT.

I so want to rock the VLOG now, though I will definitely wait to hear the dos and don'ts. PS: love the air-moments and the calling out of jackassness. just like being at home with my family.

I can't wait to hear what Daisy has to say! But I'm rollin' and snortin' here. Other than the past tense of twit, I cackled most for "a shot at love." You guys always make my snort-0-meter go off.

Can you make this vlog thing regular?

Pleeeeez?

Lori W. said...

Yes, please more vlogs! The slip-o-the-tongue parts were the funniest. You're just naturals working together.

Sarah Wylie said...

Classic. Just classic.

"Twatting" was just as cute as I'd hoped. And the D-Bag-O-meter? Never wrong.

Love it, you guys!! Can't wait for MORE vlogs. :)

You two are just too cute! I love the vlog. Couldn't get the SNL video to play in time to compare, but I'm sure yours was better!

Jill Kemerer said...

Your "Vlog" (yeah, I like air quotes too) cracked me up! At least Charlie and Tila gave us something to talk about other than Tiger, right? :)

Dara said...

HA! That was great.

...Although I must be completely out of the loop of pop culture-dom since I have no idea who Tila is :P But what she did was definitely top d-bag-o-meter material.

Jemi Fraser said...

Love the D-bag-o-meter! Excellent choices!!

Sadly, the 2nd video won't stream outside the US, but I'm sure it's almost as good as yours :)

Elana Johnson said...

Yay! I love seeing you guys!

That was hilarious. And just for the record, I agree with Lisa on the pronunciation of D-Bag-O-Meter. ;-)

Carolina M. Valdez Schneider said...

Oh my word, oh my word...cannot stop laughing...twatted...OMG! It doesn't get any better. Please please break all the vlogging rules in the future. Way too good. But I'm looking forward to seeing what Daisy has to say. I doubt I will ever be vlogging. I just don't see it in my crystal ball future, but it will be interesting to see. And please, can I borrow your D-Bag-O-Meter? Pretty please?

Gail said...

Love the shtick!! You can be the 21st century Martin and Lewis....um, are you guys even old enough to know who I'm talking about???????

Kimberly Franklin said...

My husband is staring at me, probably thinking I'm a nutcase becuase I just burst out laughing for no apparent reason.

What he doesn't know is I just saw the funniest thing ever...you vlog!

Good job! Hilarious!

Eva said...

Wow! That is some hilarious stuff! I snorted out loud when y'all broke out the past tense of tweet. I will always think of that now when I use Twitter. Love the D-bag-O-meter machine! This made my day!

oh my GOD. You guys are freaking AWESOME :-)

Rebecca Knight said...

"OMG, could I BE any funnier?"

My favorite part (aside from the siterly arguing) was the helpful popups! It reminded me of Blind Date--one of the best shows of all time.

I <3 your vlogs and you D-Bag Tech!

Okay, seriously, why didn't my parents give me a sister?

You guys should apply at NBC. I think they need some women on late night to rock their world :)

JESSJORDAN said...

My favorite part? That you have a real life MACHINE. Not just something you guys put together online, but a machine. THAT is hardcore. And now you've added chicks to the d-bag-o-meter (official pronunciation pending)? Love it.

Bitch, PLEEEEEASE!!!

(p.s. The Haunting of Connecticut part still makes me giggle.)
