WTF Wednesday

2 3 words. FORBIDDEN Error 403 (thanks Shelley, we must have blocked that part out!)

Thank you for being patient as we worked feverishly to iron out the kinks of WriteOnCon--it sure was feeling kinky. Anyway, have no fear. If you missed something yesterday morning, mosey on over to the schedule and click the links to get all caught up.

AND stay tuned for another fun-filled conference day! Raise your hand if you're still in your pajamas from yesterday!

Man I wish I could be more involved on a closer to live status, but I have this pesky day job thing. Still - you guys are so awesome that you had the foresight to set up so that we can check back in from home later. Thank you.

Now, I was away from my computer yesterday from 11 - 5 but before 11 and then after 5 I never got that error. I guess I missed it.

The parts I "attended" were great!!!

You don't have to be in Greece to get those two words. I still can get on the site. Sigh...reading vicariously through your wonderful blogs.

WriteOnCon is AMAZING so far - 403 errors and all. I'm so impressed how you all kept your heads and got things up on the individual blogs. I'd have died in a puddle of frantic tears if it were me.
Due to time differences I was up until... oh, 4 am watching live panels? but I was able to sleep till noon, so it worked out okay. :D Totally worth it!
Seriously though, you guys are heroes for doing this. It's so incredible that you're giving to the writing community like this.

I am in my pj's right now!
When I first couldn't get on the website yesterday morn, I freaked a little, but all was soon good. Then it was fabulous! Thanks!

Site worked for me, then it didn't, then it did, then it ate all of my forum work, then I re-did it, then it didn't work and ate my new work but somehow replaced some of the old work ... grrrrr

At any rate, LiLa, any chance you and some of the other organizing authors will/can post the conference updates on your blogs again today? It was the only way I could get the info yesterday, and VERY much appreciated.

Curse error 403!! I thought it was my stinky internet acting up. I took the time during 403 to make some coffee and actually eat, no worries. Thanks for all this awesomeness!!!

Having such fun following WriteOnCon. By afternoon here in WA, I was able to enjoy the site without problems. Thanks to you and the whole W-O-C team for an amazing effort and for bringing together so many people. I'm so glad to be just a small part of this incredible adventure! - Stasia

Dudes, it's 3 words:

FORBIDDEN, ERROR 403

You can't forget the forbidden part.

I mean, that's the best part.

I was seriously freakin' out last night over this. I thought...did I accidentally say something that got me banned? It was that forbidden part that got me.lol

It's all better now.

Thanks for posting the "workshops" on your blog yesterday. I kept getting that error, and I was like NOOOOO MUST ATTEND WRITEONCON SOMEHOW.

Seriously, WriteOnCon RULES! So, the error was annoying, but the beauty of WOC is that we can catch up on what we've missed. What's a Forbidden Error 403 when I didn't have to drive or fly or arrange child care?! Thank you SO much for this! The vlogs and other posts have been amazing.

Don't call this a comeback

So it’s been a minute. Or 10. Or truthfully more like 2,102,400. At least we think that’s how many minutes there are in 3 years, but let...
