I finished it Saturday night. Sobbing.
I think you should read this book, but even if you decide not to read it you should read this quote:
"Grief does not change you...It reveals you."
I know this to be true. And it terrifies me. Because what will grief someday reveal about me? I have no way of knowing. Not really.
But I'm so glad I read THE FAULT IN OUR STARS. Because even though it's fiction (the Author's Note made that fact abundently clear), I have no doubt that there is truth in John Green's words. And strength. And beauty. And, yes, even hope.

The book made me cry, too. But I cry at a lot of books, including the one I'm reading now. Lately, I seem to be having a crying-while-reading-a-book fest. lol
I ugly-cried while reading this one. So many great lines in there - I had repeated writer envy.
I have yet to read any John Green. I know, I know. I will, soon. I even own two of them, and just haven't gotten around to it.
I absolutely loved this book. It has been one of my favorites this year.
I force people to read this book. It is my favorite of John Green's books and for good reason. He gets it all exactly right. And the kiss scene in the Anne Frank house is the best kissing scene ever written.
One of my two favorite books in the world. It's that good.
