Okay. This was by far my favorite Roecker video ever!!!!!!! Y'all crack me up :) Love the secret practicing in all of the Roecker family game rooms. ha! And I have to say that the Roecker parents look like they're my age. Did the Regulator get preggers when she was 10?

Bahahaha! Loved it! 3 things:

1. Lisa saying "go harder" to her mom (that was your mom, right?).
2. Lisa saying "sh*t" after she loses the coin toss.
3. The cheeseball victory lap song.

Really. Those three things made this vlogger gold! Thank you ladies for my morning chuckle!! :D

I'm speechless! In my opinion this is my favorite post. Ever. Who dreamed up playing "One Shining Moment"? Priceless. And, I loved seeing your parents make a cameo! Bravo ladies!

1,000 followers before 2011 - no problem! I'm ready to vote!

For some reason, your 'deal with the universe' comment has me singing that song by the Charlie Daniels Band ..'when the devil went down to georgia'

are you girls too young to remember that song?

Totally EPIC!!

Love the victory lap!

So much fun! Good family times. I agree w/the comment suggesting that your parents had you in their teens. The Regulator does look fierce.

The elder Roeckers are LOVING all the commentary about their youthful appearance. Although our mom was something of a child bride (married right out of college at 21), our parents are 55 so they technically qualify for the AARP. The truth is, I'm still bitter about the time we went to Vegas and people kept thinking my mom and I were sisters.

Marsha Sigman said...

WHewwwwww-hoooooooo!!!! I am the freakin' fourth Roecker sister!!! It was meant to be, of course.
Also, technically I am the oldest now so you must all do what I say. Tell mom and dad I said Hi!!!

Also, I have to say...I suspected this might be the outcome of the wrestling match. Lisa, you only thought she was over being dressed like a boy and called Patrick.

I'm glad you did the match twice so you're both winners!

Congrats, Laura!

That was awesome, thanks for sharing your humiliation with all of us! ;-) I loved all the preparations too, very nice. Very effective. Can't wait what 1,000 followers will get us...

Shannon Messenger said...

Could. Not. Stop. Laughing. You guys are hilarious. I have NO idea how you are so brave, but I am definitely glad you are.

And ooo ooo--yes. YES to deal with the Universe (it's all your fault that I had to make one (don't think I've forgotten) so you guys NEED to make one. And if you need inspiration I NEVER have a shortage of ideas for public humiliation. Just as my CP Sara, who I am currently pressuring into making her own deal with the Universe. :)

You guys are funny. And your parents rock.

And a complete random aside -- I'm a big fan of the colors of your walls. Excellent paint choices. Can you tell I'm making settlement on my first house in 2 weeks? hehe

JESSJORDAN said...

Ah ... the good ol' coin toss determines fate.

Can I just say: LMAO at this one. I cracked up through the whole thing--especially at Lisa cracking up at herself, running down the stairs in that robe. :)

My poor laptop is off to the repair-homeworld, so, sadly, I can't see the video - the iPod screen is too small for these poor eyes! From the comments it apears congratulations are in order for Laura :)
