Cover Lovin': Books We Can't Wait to Read

This might be kind of random for a Wednesday post, but there are some gorgeous covers that have been released over the past week or so and we just couldn't resist...

YOWSA. For a book about a girl banishing Biblical demons this is pretty much perfection. Dark and creepy and pretty much begging to be picked up.

The color, the hair, the movement. Love, love, LOVE this cover and can't wait to read this contemporary novel about a violin prodigy falling in love with her rival. Can't wait to read this book!

Ok, full disclosure, we've been waiting for this book ever since we read the first 250 words in Ms. Snark's First Victim's Secret Agent Contest. It's a middle grade murder mystery centered around Reverend Everlasting Love's daughter, Ollie. This cover is a work of art.

So...what books are you dying to get your hot little hands on? Spill in the comments.

You know, if I were really judging books by their covers, I'd be all over the first two. Possess and Virtuosity both look good from the covers!

VERY pretty cover work! Me? Can't wait for Possession. The Hating Game is coming out in paper back this march too. And, ofcourse, LIAR SOCIETY;)

Wow, Possess looks cool.

Okay, yours of course. Possession. I'm Not Her (I love love love Janet's new cover. Much better than what it was.). Oh there's too many to list here. Let's just say I'm going to be busy for a while. ;)

I love that Possess cover. It has managed to be both creepy and gorgeous. Oh, and a girl named Ollie who's father is Reverend Everlasting Love? And it's a murder mystery? I'd read it based off that!

Seriously, I want to frame Tess's cover and stick it up on my wall.

All three sound awesome. I'll have to add them to my list. I never judge a book by the cover, but I have to say, first impressions can be everything.

Love those covers. They're everything a cover should be, except Possess and With A Name Like Love are missing something... Is it...? No, it's... I KNOW! There's no PINK! ;p

Well, I was going to say just LIAR SOCIETY but now I have to add WITH A NAME LIKE LOVE. Of course ou region SCBWI conference is this weekend and many folks will be talking about their books, and there will be an on site bookstore so I'm betting I come home with a bag of books!!!
